Your host -  Mohammed Shayqul Hoque

Mohammed represents the new breed of young Indian restaurateurs, and has many years of experience in the catering industry.  His love of food stems from a long family tradition, which has seen his Father, Grandfather, uncles and brothers all actively involved in the restaurant business.

Mohammed holds a degree in computer systems and management, but there was never any doubt that his heart would lead him to a career as a restaurateur.  His vast knowledge of Indian and European cuisine has enabled him to stamp his personality on his business.  Mohammed is a qualified chef and carries out his own in-house training at Spice of India, though it’s his front of house role that has helped Spice of India develop such outstanding reputation.

Many of the regular customers at the Restaurant have become friends, and their faith in Mohammed means they are happy to let him choose the perfect dish to suite their palates!

Interacting with customers and offering advise and guidance is a key part of Mohammed’s front of house brief, and his keen attention to detail and customer care have earned high levels of repeat custom from diners, something for which he is grateful.

If you have friends or business associates you need to impress why not leave it all to Mohammed? To discuss anything related to Spice of India you can call him on 812833.
